Could have alarms go off when you're missing out on coin

maybe like a Gauge of "total coin missed in the last 6 rounds", per SV?

@sgatewood-da, do you have a readme for that script? How do you set it up properly to get constant information about the missed rounds?

Can the "missed rounds" metric count as the uptime in terms of availability of the network and accessibility of standalone validators?
Can we automatically exclude data related to maintenance?
