helm/validator : make PVC volume name overridable to have several validators on same cluster without having to use separate namespaces

In validator helm 0.3.15, migration PVC name is hardcoded

So, to have several validators, even from distinct network in the same K8S cluster, you have to change namespace for each of them.

Better solution is to make the volume name overridable from values
