Idea collection for OKR 2026

🎯 Objective

Wir begleiten Kommunen erfolgreich bei der Einführung der digitalen Berechtigungskarte.

This task is meant to collect ideas, how the development team can support @connium with sales.
Feel free to add and discuss ideas. Everything, that can help finding new customers, is useful.

During the conference we came up with following ideas:

Scenario: @connium wants to provide potential customers a QR code, so they can download the app, activate a card and see how the solution would work for entitled persons.
Ideas:

• Can we use the demo instance for this?
• Maybe create own showcase project and publish a showcase app in the app stores.

Scenario: Show in a short video what the process in the administration looks like.
Ideas:

• @andrew8er volunteers to create a screencast/video which can be included on our landing page.

Scenario: IT departments of potential customers want to learn about the existing APIs we offer.
Ideas:

• provide API documentation (e.g., Open API UI)
• provide test data for all public APIs that are allowed for customers

We already have api documentation with graphiql(graphql) and swagger (rest endpoints)
Not sure how to provide testdata with graphiql directly but we could create docs with testdata that refer to a specific graph query/mutation in graphiql
