Prevent flickering in pois list

Describe the Bug

The poi list currently flickers if the user location is available. First, the pois are displayed alphabetically, but once the user location is available and granted, distance-based sorting is applied.

Steps to Reproduce

0. Grant the location permission and enable location
1. Go to the map (both native and web)
2. See alphabetical ordering
3. Wait a bit
4. See distance-based ordering

Expected Behavior

Predictable behavior without UI changing without user input.
TBD how exactly a good solution could look like.

@ulyanahoy-cloud any ideas/is there a best practice for cases like this? I guess we could display a loading spinner for a second to avoid this kind of really short flickering.
However, determining the user location can possibly also take a longer time, in which case this might not be the best solution since it prevents the user from interacting with the feature altogether.

The clean (albeit substantially more effort) solution would probably be to configure the sorting mode and let the user switch between distance-based and alphabetical sorting.

@steffenkleinle I’d keep the alphabetical list stable and let users explicitly switch to distance-based sorting once the location is available if it is possible.
