Changelog commit link is wrong.

At the moment it seems that the link in changelog is generated like this:

[1c1fd85](http://bitbucket.org/my-workspace/my-repo/commit/1c1fd85191017fec3002fbb565ed2a8be00b8b1b)

This link doesn't work because the correct one is http://bitbucket.org/my-workspace/my-repo/commits/1c1fd85191017fec3002fbb565ed2a8be00b8b1b (commits in plural form).
