Skip Jira Issue prompt?

Hi, I’m working on a branch unrelated to any Jira ticket. Could you please let me know how to skip the prompt:

This is supposed to be achievable by creating a dymanic configuration, by setting jiraOptional: true. But when I do this, the adapter detects Jira issue from my branch name, and adds it regardless.

Expected behavior: Enter JIRA issue (INST-12345) (optional) shall not add the detected Jira issue to commit message when the prompt is left empty.
