Name Database Query

I'm trying to use your OCR package but when i show you are using name database for extract name of pan card holder. is there any other way to use it.
if I don't have name database cause, there too many names and we can't pre-define it.

At the end, we want the perfect result but that is a myth. So we have to do something that will increase our accuracy. However, the OCR accuracy is low so we will try to apply fuzzy match so we can find a somewhat correct name not 100% sure.
Its ok if you don't want to use name database just ignore the matching part
