Session mode eval updates

This is a session mode evaluation:

• The session button should not be disabled (the message one should)
• The input / output / generated response columns should be hidden for session mode. We can show the first few message exchanges in the session mode case
• Also hide the "Generation Chatbot" config shown at the top of the page, which will always be None in session mode
