Don't think you can. Just use ftp and your phone if you don't have a computer

WiiUBru Go was a good way to do it, but sadly it no longer exists and has been patched.

well you MIGHT be able to do that if someone makes a fork of JSTypeHax that opens the hb app store. probably won't happen and even if it does it will probably be very unstable. my guess is that you're trying to do this because you don't have a PC, you can probably just use an adapter to put the sd card on your phone (or just insert it directly if your phone still has a slot for it) and put aroma/tiramisu installer on it, then just install hb app store and you're ready to go.
