Adding mean-field term to SOC and NC Hamiltonians

So far we can compute the mean-field Hubbard Hamiltonian for a polarized and unpolarized system. This method could be extended to add the MF term to a Hamiltonian with spin orbit coupling and/or non-collinear spins.
