Rotation for structures with less than 3 vertices. #21
Description
In those cases the actual implementation just ignore rotation and write an warning message. However, it might be good to have the rotation for any number of vertices. For instance, it could be a structure with a single atom or two atoms, which given the lattice vectors defines a material with higher dimension, but for visualization purposes one might want for instance to rotate the lattice vectors.
