[SEO] Sitemap Only Includes Static Pages (Missing Dynamic URLs)

Currently the [sitemap-urls.ts](https://github.com/directus-labs/agency-os/blob/dd00d38fd01ca97a7cc5bfa4df2043d6cc796b08/server/api/_sitemap-urls.ts) only generates the static pages on the website and it ignores the dynamic URLs which cause crawling/indexing issues
