Allow path based Ingress with empty hostname #191

Hi,
I am in need of creating an ingress without the hosts field defined. It seems that it is not possible to do right now. A good summary of the issue can be found in the argocd project: argoproj/argo-helm#2527.
Would you be open for solving it in a similar way, ie. by allowing setting extraRules in values.yaml? I don't have much experience with developing helm charts but could give this a go.
