Linked Role Update [NEEDED]

Linked Roles are pretty limited for Discord developers. It is user-specific so we can't really do much stuffs with it.

What I would like to see an improvement on it is adding a guildId parameter for it. It would be nice if we could specify per-guild linked role data.

Those things can be good for "Level Roles" things too. Member completes the requirements and they use linked roles to claim their roles. It is possible with only when this feature is per-guild instead all-guild data.

I personally like to make unique things with using Discord's built-in features. I am really wishing to this be added.

@anthonydiscord, I think this would be a cool feature for current Discord apps. This can be the first step for the apps that they no longer require bot scope since role assignments can be done via linked roles.

What I like about linked roles that it has a great UX for the management side that staffs can easily set it up.
