"Clear log" button should run VACUUM on sqlite db to reduce file size

Right now even when you clear log the sqlite database size stay the same.

I have troubles reproducing it to see if my change adds the desired effect.

Could you, @miragecraft, check if you add

$vacuum = $this->database->execute('VACUUM');

to https://github.com/distantnative/retour-for-kirby/blob/main/src/Retour/Log.php#L123 whether this solves it for you, please?
