feat(api): Add Strapi `strapi-content-type-explorer`

I think we should add the strapi-content-type-explorer to make navigating the API easier.

It seems the plugin currently doesn't yet have support for Strapi 5, I think I might try my hand at upgrading it and making a pr to the repo but it doesn't seem like a priority.
