Description
Problem
The website lacks a description of the board that helps people understand what the DSF board is, what its purpose and responsibilities are.
Current Status
Currently, there are many resources looking for information about the DSF Board, but they are all on personal blogs or Django related sites:

The only internal document describing the board is a 2008 legal document, "Bylaws for Django Software Foundation":

Short Term Goal
It would be helpful to add a very short description in the section "Board" of the "Foundation" page where we currently only list members, similar to the previous sections.
Final goal
It would be nice to publish a comprehensive section on the DSF board, with information about its work and history as an access point to what already exists on the website (e.g. meeting notes, elections, members, ...)
