Document the DSF Individual Membership process beyond eligibility

We had good discussions about this at today’s Jeff’s Office Hours. We have a process behind the scenes for the Individual Membership, and people often come with excellent questions about how it works / what to expect. It’d be great to document the process.

There’s lots of discussion about changing the process too – I think lots of people want that too, but no matter what the process is it’d be great to have public info about it.

Things like:

• What information do the people who get nominated receive? From whom?
• Do they get to adjust their name or email?
• How do they get access to the DSF Individual Members section of the forum, or the Discord server?
