Board minutes Business display order should match the order they are entered in

In the DSF board minutes, items in the New business section are displayed in alphabetic order. It would be better if they were displayed in the order they’ve been added inside the Django admin.

We don't use the "assign" feature on this repository. If you're working on something you can either post a comment, or it's also enough to just open a pull request if you have it ready.
