Fediverse creator meta tag

We have the ability to get credited when people share Django content on Mastodon, by adding the following meta tag to our templates:

```html
<meta name="fediverse:creator" content="@django@fosstodon.org">
```

That seems like a worthwhile addition? Particularly for blog posts but I suppose it’s worthwhile for other content too?
