Auto hide snippet when snippet flag with "spam" is created

Right now we can mark a snippet as spam but it stays online. We should do it the other way around, when marking it as spam it should be automatically hidden and then re-enabled during review.

I can confirm that the snippet still is shown even if it is marked as spam so I will fix this.
