Allow custom message templates on notifications and webhooks

Hi! Great tool, thank you for your efforts!
I'd like to suggest an enhancement regarding text in notifications (it's Telegram in my case but I think it doesn't depend on a particular messenger). Let's say something like these options:

• default message (that is enabled now)
• custom message (using variables optionally)
• off / none (receive only snapshots)

Ideally to have the settings available under Cameras array to specify it per camera.

Hey, no problem. It's definitely on my radar to be able to have "templated" messages with variables as you suggested.

Being able to only receive images, i.e. images on/off, would be a simple change too.

After testing the undocumented option AlternativeLabelling (#41 ) I patched NotifierBase.cs locally and built an image to remove the captions completely and receive snapshots only.
