Cannot fetch camera serial number/firmware on M300 RTK (P1 camera) failed

Hello,

I tried to fetch the camera internal serial number and firmware version, and it always give me this error message:

Serial number: error: Execution of this process has timed out(code:-1003)
Firmware: error: Unknown product.(code: -1012).

Are M300 RTK cameras serial number not fetchable? The camera is P1.

It is supported. May I know which iOS MSDK version you are using? And also please paster your code here.

Hello,

We're using the latest DJI SDK, 4.16.2 running on iOS15 and 16. We have no problems fetching gimbal serial number/firmware, but when we try to fetch camera's serial number or firmware, it gave us the errors below.

The methods we are using are:

(void)getSerialNumberWithCompletion:(void (^)(NSString *_Nullable serialNumber, NSError *_Nullable error))block;

(void)getFirmwareVersionWithCompletion:(void (^)(NSString *_Nullable version, NSError *_Nullable error))block;

It's the same methods we use for across all the other drones in our app. Mavic, P4P, P4Pv2, M200, etc... all works and we manage to fetch the serial number, but when it comes to m300, we received the errors below

Serial number: error: Execution of this process has timed out(code:-1003)
Firmware: error: Unknown product.(code: -1012).

P1 is a payload actually, try DJIPayload.getSerialNumberWithCompletion and getFirmwareVersionWithCompletion.

Hello, is P1 the only one under payload? or any other cameras on m300 is pointing to payload too? If so, I'm curious on the decision/reason for this.

The P1 and L1 are designed according to PSDK by DJI dev team because they have some 3rd party accessories on it such as Lidar. Other cameras are not such as H20 series.
