Suggestion: Add a License

As the name says, you should probably add a license, as this will at least solve any licensing issues to which the arch team could deny you further look into adding this to upstream or similar. Plus people in the linux and open source community are more likely to join if they know how their intellectual property might be used

each cargo.toml contains a license line, generally it is agpl or lgpl for libraries, should it be made clearer somehow?

I don't see any licenses in your cargo toml. Furthermore, as you say it, its only the libraries, or does it include the application itself too, otherwise it only says something about the libs used, but not the application. Generally it's good eticett to have a LICENSE file.
