Packet Loss on DFM17 #565
Description
Since I have updated my rdz_ttgo_sonde software to the latest development version (dev20250822) I have been seeing dropouts in the packet data lasting about 2-3 minutes on my local DFM17 launches from Upton BNL on Long Island, NY. I am using a LilyGo LORA32 ESP32 board with an Auto-RX setup in parallel. I do not see any packet dropouts on the Auto-RX data but consistent dropouts on the rdz_ttgo_sonde data, see screenshot below. I believe it might be due to some DFM17 data checking routine that was added a few revisions ago which is causing dropouts when a data error is detected. Any fix possible? Thanks, Joe WJ2B
