adjust scaling factor for RSSI

I'm not sure if there's a way to detect the version of rdzTTGOsonde to choose the divisor at runtime. I don't usually use the RSSI when I'm out hunting anyway; the GPS and decode quality is good enough.

Ah good point I missed this, so that change breaks existing functionality. Upgrading the TTGO should not break existing app... Either only change this for MQTT (but I would prefer to keep the json format uniform) or delay this change until a new app version has been out long enough...

I guess I can add a flag to sonde2json() to control this scaling factor. if unset or false the raw rssi value is reported, and if true then the actual dBm value is reported.

dl9rdz/rdz_ttgo_sonde#506 allows MQTT to report signal in dBm, and returns the old behavior of reporting raw numbers to other clients who weren't expecting that conversion.
