ref text rendering incorrectly

The 'ref' text is rendering in the wrong place.

I have seen these in the past, too. I couldn't reproduce it now, but noticed that updates fail if the semantic engine takes longer than the "adornment" update, so likely to happen for larger files or projects. I fixed this in https://github.com/dlang/visuald/releases/tag/v1.4.1-beta2, so hopefully this helps with the misplaced "refs".

Please reopen if the problem still appears, if possible with a complete test case to reproduce.

Unfortunately, still happening. I suspect some bad cut, copy or paste operations.
