Read-only or disabled flag

I'd like to see (or add myself?) a disabled or read-only flag to this component.  There are times where I want the rating bar to be editable and other times where I just want to show the value of it.

Does that sound like something you might accept?  If so, any preference about the name of the flag or the implementation (eg, readOnly vs disabled?)
