Web component rendering issue #107

expected by opening the saml login page directly in chrome:
actual window rendered by webkit:
seems to be the same page given the text but its clearly not rendered correctly. this seems to have happened recently so its probably due to a change on the side of my company. I got the same results w/ an old version of gp-saml-gui from 6+ months ago and current master as of today.
How might I go about debugging this?
