Change Request Window Size (or make it configurable)

I run a bunch of 4K monitors, and have Global Scale set to 150% because I'm still on X11 and not Wayland, and I didn't really want 4K.

Since switching to this setup, the login window has been ridiculous small. I changed the code locally from the hard coded 500 by 500 so that I don't have to scroll down, but ideally it would be configurable, or I dunno do something like take the screen resolution and divide it by 1/3 or something.

I dunno...
