Description
The current process of snowballing is a brute force method of taking all the citations of a paper and sorting by abstracts then titles that are most relevent to the original prompt. However, using grobid, it might be possible to extract the text before the intext citation like so:
These are not negative externalities that can be offset only through direct investments in carbon credits, which is an industry favourite instrument to reach climate goals (Gabbatiss and Pearson 2023).
Comparing the prompt to the preface text instead of the title might be a more effective way of snowballing since the author has already done the work to cite a specific paper to support their point.
This issue would not implement the feature (yet), rather a poc to see if the effort is worth doing
