Integrate H2 module #78
Description
The calc_h2 module currently outputs a list of results (RF changes and species concentration changes). These have to be integrated with the main module. An easy way to do this would be to call run_case from the calc_h2.py module, and then integrating the resultant scalar values or timeseries with the main file.
