4K Monitor resolution with windows zoom makes polyline jump

I have a 4K monitor and as soon as I set the zoom level in windows above 100% the polyline will make strange jumps and the line is not connected anymore. Here are some screenshots.

I am not quite sure if this is the same issue like this:

I am using windows 10, Java 11 (Adopt JDK) and JavaFX 11

This is the correct version with 100% zoom level in windows

Here I am using 125% zoom
