Error when fetch training data by acai.py

Hello! Sorry to bother you. I'm interested in the training data provided here acai, and I'm trying to download it for the test of our own project (which is a survey telescope under construction located in China), but I got an error like this:  "AccessDeniedException:403 HttpError". and I want to ask Is this training data available for the public right now? Thanks for your time!
