SEO issues with docs

Not sure what could be done about it, but there appears to be non-official versions of the documentation based on old versions of xgboost, which for some reason appear as first result in different search engines:

The link doesn't appear to be malicious, but it shouldn't be the first result.

I don't even know what 0.4 looks like, it doesn't exist in the readthedocs archive:

For now, readthedocs shows a warning if you are looking at older versions:

That's even weirder, we have 3.3.0, but don't have 3.2.1
