Selective Targeted

If possible, it would be nice if you could limit the target selection of the template to hostiles or friendlies or neutrals.

It's on my list of things to do, but it's a pretty low priority since the system doesn't do anything with targets other than show them in the card. So it's pretty easy for the user to just say "only friendlies" for the GM to apply the effects to the intended targets
