Now that [`jazzy`](https://github.com/realm/jazzy) has [first-class SPM support](https://github.com/realm/jazzy/pull/1089), we can theoretically bypass reaching into [`SourceKitten`](https://github.com/jpsim/SourceKitten) in order to extract the docs from source. We should be able to make the doc generation linux-compatible.
