What is S and E in DNN theme as in attached image

S is for Site, E is for Edit. The site theme is the primary theme, the edit theme is used during "module isolation" when there's a ctl parameter on the URL and a particular module is shown by itself on the page (e.g. while editing the content of an HTML module, if pop-ups aren't turned on).
