[Bug]: Cannot delete folder permissions using delete button

What happened?

Hello,
I have noticed that it is not possible to delete folder permissions using delete button. After you save the changes, and you come back to permission settings, you will see the permission you tried to delete.

Anyway, if you remove them unselecting the checkboxes, the permission will be delete.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Add a permission to a folder for customized role
2. Save
3. Try to delete it using delete button
4. Save
5. You will see that folder permission has not been deleted

Current Behavior

Folder permission is not deleted

Expected Behavior

Folder permission should be deleted

Since that permission grid is now dnn-elements (I think), is it possible this is in some way similar or related to #5857 ([Bug]: Resource Manager Error: cannot Add or Remove Permissions on Folders)?
