Language Switcher in Site Settings Not Working

What happened?

Using the 10.3.2 and 10.3.3 releases Site Settings menu language switcher is not working for me. Can someone confirm this as a bug? It might be related to Turkish culture only. I traced the html tags and and noticed that we have
\DesktopModules\Admin\Dnn.PersonaBar\Modules\Dnn.SiteSettings\scripts\bundles\site-settings-bundle.js
that might be responsible for the switcher.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Install v10.3.3
2. Add Turkish language
3. Activate localized content. Translate some pages and publish them.
4. Go to Site Settings and try to switch the language.

Current Behavior

Language switcher does not seem to be working for the admin users.

Expected Behavior

Language switcher should work as expected.
