Recent releases of the Terraform provider were not being published to the [registry](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/dnsimple/dnsimple/latest) until a sync was forced. We'd like to investigate if there is an issue with the automated publishing mechanism, and fix it if so. ### Expected Behavior - [ ] New releases can be published automatically to the registry without a sync
