ACI GPU Support POC #758

Description
ACI provides GPU Support, we need to investigate how we can provide this feature, and how this can be symmetrical to GPU Support we currently have on ECS.
- choose and detail an example scenario (tensorflow, similar to ECS scenario)
- define the UX we would like to have for ACI, how similar to ECS can it be
- link this to ACI GPU Support (as a first step, we'll choose an arbitrary SKU for GPU support)
- Make it work !
