No action required: OTP28 remains unsupported for now

Hey folks,

RabbitMQ team here. RabbitMQ 4.2 RC images are currently built with Erlang/OTP27, which is great.
I just want to give you a heads up that we'll soon release RabbitMQ 4.2 final but Erlang/OTP28
will remain unsupported for now. So no action required, just leaving this here to ask NOT TO
bump Erlang at the last minute. That would break upgrades in some environments. Thank you!
