Flaky test: TestProcessTermination e2e test

I've been seeing this a few times now on the CI.

Reproduce

The e2e/container.TestProcessTermination fails with a timeout, so it seems the signal being sent to the container doesn't reach the container before the 10 second timeout 🤷

Might be some race condition between steps 1 and 2 in:

1. Startup Container
2. Send signal
3. Wait for termination
