Add packages for RHEL 10

Hi,

RHEL 10 entered beta state last month, and is scheduled to be released in May 2025. Normally CentOS 10 is very binary compatible with RHEL 10 (by definition of CentOS 10 Stream) and you already deliver packages for CentOS 10, so I guess it's ok to already delivery for RHEL 10 right now.

Since I am unsure how you achieve this (I see no explicit build of RHEL or UBI image), I don't submit any pull request myself.
