Part of command text on engine/security/rootless is not selectable

Problem description

The "To allow delegation of all controllers" section has a cat command with text that is supposed to be part of the command, but is grayed out and not selectable as text:

When trying to copy/paste this I get:

mkdir -p /etc/systemd/system/user@.service.d
cat > /etc/systemd/system/user@.service.d/delegate.conf << EOF
systemctl daemon-reload
