UI help for those of us using Docker to run applications

Problem description

Documentation is aimed at a developer audience.

However, there are other audiences you don't appear to be serving, e.g.,

• General users running Docker to use software in a container
• Tech Writers using Docker to document software in a container
• ...etc

Some Docker Desktop help would be much appreciated for these users. Even if it's a cheat sheet that explains things like:

• Starting a container
• How to access the container terminal
• Deleting containers and images
• ...etc
