Hi, why don't we provide the pre-built docker image any more ?

for some people like me, it's not easy to build docs locally(need vpn + proxy), but we need to host the docs in isolated environment.

Can we provide pre-built docker image again?

@thaJeztah @usha-mandya do you know who has access to the docs user on Docker Hub? Creating the workflow for publishing the docs as an image is easy enough. We'd just need to make sure those credentials are available for GHA.
