docker plugin configuration in the readme and doc on scout web site (for windows part) #147

Description

IN REF of this Issues closed #98

Sorry to reiterate the error, but for Windows the path integration in the JSON is wrong, it has to be escaped, so putting only one Slash doesn't work. Then finally in the documentation they put a declared name I think to do it in a relative way would be more judicious too.

Like this: “cliPluginsExtraDirs”: ["%USERPROFILE%\\.docker\\scout"],
Double slash for escaped.

If you have this config but as like my config you need just to copy the Scout-cli here :
C:\Program Files\Docker\cli-plugins
But this is never mentioned either

Thank you.
