Which one is which?

I am seeing two repos which point to same registry:

• https://github.com/nginxinc/docker-nginx/blob/1eea9f7d082dff426e7923a90138de804038266d/Dockerfile
• this one: https://github.com/dockerfile/nginx

Both seems to have some kind of a relation to https://registry.hub.docker.com/_/nginx/.

However, Dockerfile content is different in both. Which one of these repos are providing the content for that registry?
